1) Please send a request for inspection from registration form at Japan Farm Auction website.
2) You need ¥300,000 of guarantee deposit before seller’s ID will be issued.
Go to the detail for the guarantee deposit.
Bank account for payment will be informed with the result of inspection.
Listing fee is also needed in case your machinery item will not be sold.
Guarantee deposit will be paid back when you cancel the membership.
JFA will undertake measures to suspend your ID with refund.
If you wish to continue listing at JFA auction, please ask us to maintain your membership.
Bank commission for refund will be your charge.
Log in this website when you received membership ID.
You can download check sheet for listing.
Please inform us your installation date via e-mail or FAX with the your notes on the sheet.
* Starting price should be listed in increments of ¥1,000 by Japanese currency.
JFA staff will undertake double check your machinery item and listing it on this website during auction registration term for the auction.
In case you wish to cancel listing your item during auction registration term, you need to pay 10% of starting price as penalty charge.
In case you wish to cancel listing your item during or after auction term, you need to pay 20% of starting price as penalty charge.
In case that malicious activity may occur, we will declare it as a blacklist company via JFA website and mailing list.
JFA will send a notice for the closing bid after the end of auction.
Please send us a document with your sign and seal.
Please describe consumption tax as tax-inclusive pricing on the final contract price.
¥5,000 across the board for one item is needed as listing registration fee when you list the machinery item.
You will also need to pay consigning fee based on the chart below per one item when the item is successfully bid.

JFA will send a document for closing bid confirmation to seller after the end of auction.
You need to return appropriate document as an invoice to JFA.
Payment will be made within 10 business days after we received the document.
Please inform us whether you re-list or you pick up your item.

JFA staffs will reconfirm your machinery items based on the list written the check sheet.
Please note that we may decline the offer of your listing item in case that malicious fault information is found on the sheet.
Sellers cannot sublet or transfer the membership ID to the third party.
These rules shall be constructed and governed by the Japanese law for both foreign companies and Japanese companies.
Tottori District Court shall be the first trial court when any dispute should occur.

①Bidding from the internet
Log in this website first.
You can bid on each item via internet.
②Bidding from FAX
Log in this website first.
You can download bidding sheet format from ‘my page’ after log in.
Please print this form and send us with your bidding detail.
For the buyer who bid from FAX, there is possible technical risk that your bidding will not be in time to reflect on the system,
please complete your bidding no later than the day before the action ends.
③Bidding on exhibition site
Bidding sheet will be passed at Tottori Yard.
You can bid on site while actual inspecting agricultural machineries.
If you wish to cancel the item that have been bid already, please inform us by telephone no later the day before the auction ends.
As a penalty, canceled after the end of the auction, you pay 10% of the regular billing amount.
In case that malicious activity may occur, we will declare it as a blacklist company via JFA website and mailing list.
* Bidding price should be listed in increments of ¥1,000 and higher than starting price by Japanese currency.
Bidding price doesn’t include consumption tax. Please note that 8% of consumption tax will be charged when you make a payment.
JFA will send a document for closing bid confirmation after the end of auction.
Please post the document to JFA after you confirm your bidding item and schedule for pickup.
* You need to pay ¥5,000 across the board for dispatching fee per one item when you pick up the item.
For the members who made successful bids, JFA encourage you to arrange by your self transport company for carrying out the item from the yard.
In case you cannot find an appropriate transport company, JFA can introduce transport companies for the member.
We will post an appropriate document as an invoice.
Please complete your payment within 7 business days after you received the document.
The ownership of the purchased equipment to carry out shall not be transferred to the successful bidder and if the payment has not completed by bidder.
Buyers cannot sublet or transfer the membership ID to the third party.
These rules shall be constructed and governed by the Japanese law for both foreign companies and Japanese companies.
Tottori District Court shall be the first trial court when any dispute should occur.
JFA may revise these rules as the need should arise.
In case of revision, JFA will inform the members via e-mail.
